Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Account information: identifiers such as your user ID, email address, sign-in provider information, profile settings, and account status.

Lift content: videos you upload or record, exercise names, analysis jobs, generated feedback, scores, timestamps, thumbnails, and history needed to provide form checks.

Subscription information: purchase status, product identifiers, entitlement status, renewal or cancellation state, and related billing events received from Apple and RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.

Device, usage, and diagnostics: app version, device type, logs, feature events, crash reports, and performance data used to operate, secure, and improve VeraLift.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and manage your account, process lift videos, generate AI-assisted technique feedback, save analysis history, manage subscriptions, provide support, maintain security, debug crashes, improve product quality, and comply with legal obligations.

VeraLift does not use your videos to provide medical advice, injury diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or guaranteed form correction.

3. Video and audio handling

VeraLift is designed around visual lifting form review. If your device includes audio in a recording, VeraLift does not need that audio for form feedback and may remove or ignore it as part of processing.

Only upload videos you are comfortable sharing with VeraLift and any service providers needed to process the analysis.

4. Service providers

We may use service providers to host data, authenticate users, process videos, generate analysis, manage subscriptions, send diagnostics, and understand product usage. These providers may include infrastructure, database, AI analysis, analytics, crash reporting, and purchase management services.

RevenueCat helps manage subscription state and entitlements. Apple processes App Store purchases. Supabase may provide authentication, database, storage, and serverless infrastructure. Analytics and crash-reporting tools may be used when configured.

5. Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information when needed to provide VeraLift, comply with law, protect rights and safety, process subscriptions, operate infrastructure, or complete a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you.

6. Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide VeraLift, maintain your account and history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and improve the service.

You may delete analyses or request account deletion where supported. Some records may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, legal, or security systems.

7. Your choices

You can choose not to upload a video, delete certain in-app content where the app provides that control, cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings, and contact us about account deletion or privacy requests.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of certain personal information.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet or storage system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

VeraLift is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to VeraLift, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

10. International users

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as VeraLift evolves. The updated version will be posted with a new last updated date. Continued use of VeraLift after changes means the updated policy applies.
